The briefing
You arrive to find the cast in costume and the orchestra restless. The house manager has locked the doors and wants answers. Four people had the run of the building, and one of them is lying to you.
The Starlight Necklace, a famous diamond collar lent to the diva for the premiere, has been stolen and is gone. Its empty velvet cradle was discovered at ten past nine, when the interval bell rang during the dress rehearsal.
