The briefing
You have climbed through the drifts to reach Edelweiss Hut. Four people are stuck here until the pass clears, the warden is shaken, and the register must be found before anyone leaves.
The Edelweiss Hut's century-old summit register, signed by every climber since 1923, was gone from its glass case when the warden opened up at six. Only a clean rectangle in the dust remained.
